Most complete small-business systems fall between $3,500 and $6,500. Expanded or multi-department projects are quoted separately. Software licenses, model usage, hosting, paid integrations, telephony, and data services are not included unless explicitly stated. We recommend client-owned accounts whenever practical.
Pricing FAQ
Why are some prices fixed and others shown as a range?
Fixed products have strict boundaries. Custom systems vary based on the number of roles, documents, integrations, actions, approval points, and exception paths.
Do we have to pay a monthly fee?
No. Every build includes documentation, training, and a stabilization period. Ongoing care is optional.
Who pays for software and AI usage?
The client pays third-party licenses and usage directly whenever practical. These costs are shown separately from professional services.
What happens if the project scope changes?
We confirm the original scope before work begins. New roles, integrations, workflows, or major requirements are estimated and approved separately.
Do we own the system?
After full payment, the client owns the delivered configuration and custom assets, subject to the terms of the platforms used.
Can the Assessment be used without hiring you for implementation?
Yes. It is a standalone deliverable. The implementation credit is an option, not an obligation.
Is this designed only for very small companies?
The fixed packages are designed for small and growing businesses. Mid-sized or multi-department projects can use the same method with a custom scope.
