Alexey leads every PutToWork.ai engagement — from the first workflow review to the working system. The company has delivered 10+ AI adoption projects across operations, customer experience, and back-office automation. Before PutToWork.ai, he spent 20+ years building and running the kind of businesses he now builds for: Russia's largest nail salon franchise (200+ locations, 1,700+ employees), the 40-location restaurant chain Chiko featured in Forbes, the global wellness club Atmos (Bali, Portugal, Los Angeles), wireless-video pioneer AirHD, and luxury resale platform Spin4Spin, with one of the industry's first automated authentication systems. He approaches AI as an operator, not a technologist: he has run the P&Ls, chased the missing status updates, and knows where technology breaks — and where it pays. U.S. patent holder. Tyler Kolodny

Business Development

Tyler leads business development at PutToWork.ai: he finds new niches for AI adaptation, shapes the product offers that fit them, and builds the relationships that open those markets. His strength is range. He has built and sold across very different industries — leading national sales for chiropractic and physical-therapy networks, helping build the professional platform PulsedIn, and co-building Sommas, a Napa Valley vineyard: a full business build, from operations and production to brand and distribution. Along the way he has also structured capital raises and built investor relationships — experience PutToWork.ai can draw on as it scales. Seven years of professional baseball in the Baltimore Orioles organization gave him the competitive discipline he brings into every deal.

Abi Palli

Security & Systems Architecture

Abi is responsible for how every PutToWork.ai system is built under the hood: which tools get access to what, how client data is protected, and how workflows keep running reliably after launch. In practice, this means he reviews the security risks of every integration, designs access and permission rules, sets the data-governance guardrails, and monitors that automated workflows stay within them. The promise clients read on this site — AI gets access only to what a workflow needs, and every system follows your permissions — is his responsibility to keep. A USC-trained engineer and published academic, Abi has spent his career deploying complex systems integrations, establishing data-governance protocols, and engineering secure networks for scaling organizations.
